In his position as Director of Marketing at Shermco Industries, Kevin is responsible for design and implementation of corporate marketing activities for current and proposed services and coverage areas. Kevin coordinates corporate communications, advertising, sales literature, trade/technical conferences and assures Shermco Industries brand development, awareness and integration of new acquisitions. He strongly supports trade association activities and encourages active participation by others.

As a Chief Engineer at Timken Power Systems, I provide technical leadership and support to engineering teams across diverse sectors, including industrial, nuclear, hydro, and wind energy.
I am proud to be the inventor of 11 patents, author of nine IEEE papers, and a frequent technical presenter at industry conferences. These achievements reflect my commitment to knowledge-sharing and driving progress in electric machine technology. As a Senior Member of IEEE and a trusted technical advisor, I contribute to global standards and mentor emerging talent in the field.
